Why is the assessment free?
Because you shouldn't have to pay to find out whether your case is traceable. If a trace isn't worth doing, we'll tell you, and you won't have spent anything.
How is the investigation fee set?
It's a fixed fee based on how complex the trace is: how many transactions, chains and services are involved. You'll get it in writing before any work starts, and it won't change.
Do you charge a percentage of funds returned?
No. We don't charge success fees or recovery fees. Only law enforcement and courts can seize or return assets, so our fee is for the trace and the evidence report.
How can I pay?
By card or bank transfer. We never take payment in crypto, and anyone asking you to pay Chainsentra in crypto is not us.
